To provide the most enjoyable experience for your group's visit, we have established the following
guidelines.
Each tour takes approximately 45 minutes, depending on the number of audience questions.
We prefer to keep the group size at around 50 people per visit. With 50 people, we will break it into
TWO GROUPS, one group touring and one group visiting the soda fountain and then switching places.
Although, our museum is a family oriented museum, children age 12 or older and with some basic
musical knowledge tend to enjoy the tour more. Smaller or ineducated children seem to do best with just a brief
explanation provided by the parent or sponsor while walking from exhibit to exhibit.
Please call a few days AT LEAST in advance. A week in advance would work best.
Be sure to let us know of any special needs (diabetic diet, etc) so that we can provide treats for
everyone in the group.
